The Stage 1 sales release at Taylors Quarter took place on Saturday and was a huge success with all 12 lots sold in under an hour.

The rain didn’t deter buyers with over 100 people visiting the sales office in Taylors Lakes from 8:30am. 

 

Due to the overwhelming demand, a ballot-style sales process was put in place to ensure a fair and transparent allocation of available lots. A $5000 registration fee was required to enter the ballot, which could be put towards a deposit if successful or repaid if unsuccessful. 

The process was received well by potential purchasers with over 40 registration fees taken in the week prior to the Stage 1 ballot. The vast majority of those who missed-out on the day have asked to remain in the ballot for Stage 2, and future releases.
