Development Victoria is pleased to convey title registration has now been achieved for your purchased lot in construction Stage 3 at Taylors Quarter!
Your conveyancer has been sent letters by Development Victoria confirming title registration of your land. You can now make preparations for settlement, which is due on 24th May 2021.
You are also now able to make arrangements with your builder to undertake soil testing of your lot. Access to the development can be made via McCubbin Drive and Robertsons Road. Please also note when visiting your lot, civil defect rectification is ongoing by the civil contractor as well as landscaping works within the Road Reserve.
