UPDATE - 25 MARCH 2021
Development Victoria is pleased to convey title registration has now been achieved for your purchased lot in construction Stage 1 at Taylors Quarter!
Your conveyancer has been sent letters by Development Victoria confirming title registration of your land. You can now make preparations for settlement, which is due on 6th April 2021.
You are also now able to make arrangements with your builder to undertake soil testing of your lot. Access to your lot can be made via Tasman Crescent as Stage 2 and 3 civil construction is still in progress and under the civil contractor’s control. Please also note when visiting your lot, civil defect rectification is ongoing by the civil contractor as well as landscaping works within the Road Reserve.

UPDATE - MARCH 2021
Development Victoria is pleased to confirm that construction Stage 1 at Taylors Quarter has now been issued with a Statement of Compliance from Council. Your purchased lot is within this stage of works.
The Plan of Subdivision has now been lodged at Land Use Victoria for registration, with titles expected to be issued in late March 2021.
Once titles have been issued, your conveyancer will receive a notification confirming that you have 14 days to arrange settlement of your land. There is no obligation to wait until the 14th day, in fact you may arrange to book settlement as soon as titles are received.
Upon title registration, you will also receive notification of when soil testing by your builder can be undertaken on your lot.
