Introducing our Stage 10 & 11 Builder Release of 7 lots.
 
For this release we’ve partnered with the following builders to create house & land packages for selected lots in Stage 10 & 11 at Taylors Quarter, to simplify the construction of your dream home.
 
Find the package that suits you, contact the builders directly, and then follow the process outlined below to secure your house& land Package.

STAGE 10 & 11 SALES PROCESS

1) Selected lots within Stage 10 & 11 (7 lots) are available via partnered builders and includes a house and land component for each lot. These packages are available to purchase from Monday 3rd February. 
 
2) To purchase in this stage, you must select your own house & land package, contact the builder and follow their respective sales process and pay a deposit to the builder for the home of your choice.
 
3) The builder will then email your deposit receipt to the Taylors Quarter sales agent to secure your lot. Once the builder deposit receipt is received, the Taylors Quarter sales agent will make an appointment to sign a land contract with the purchaser.
 
4) Lots will then be marked ‘sold’ on the Taylors Quarter Masterplan taylorsquarter.com.au/now-selling.
 
5) All builders will be notified when a lot is sold to ensure duplicate sales on available lots do not occur.
